Let’s kick things off with either an in-person consultation or a virtual meeting via Zoom for our remote clients. This initial discussion allows me to understand you, your brand, and your objectives.

Clients will fill out a comprehensive questionnaire covering everything from brand stories to specific offerings. We’ll explore the overarching goals and the finer details. What actions do you want visitors to take on your website? How do you express your vision, atmosphere, and values? What drives conversions for your business?
3. TECHNICAL SETUP
Behind the scenes, we handle all the technical setups. This involves installing WordPress onto your cPanel/hosting platform. We also integrate essential plugins to optimize your website’s functionality and ensure it complies with Google’s standards. Styling and backend configurations are also taken care of during this phase.
4. DESIGNING THE HOMEPAGE
The homepage is your website’s first impression. It sets the tone and entices visitors to explore further. Crafting this page involves meticulous attention to detail: From heading structures to image tags, spacing, responsiveness, and more. We encourage clients to start generating excitement among their audience by teasing the upcoming changes.
5. FINAL TOUCHES
It’s the final review phase! Clients receive a link to access to their site to experience it as their visitors would across different devices – desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
6. THOROUGH TESTING
Before the big reveal, we conduct meticulous testing to ensure everything runs seamlessly. This involves scrutinizing links, copy, responsiveness, user experience, and functionality.
7. LAUNCH TIME
Your brand-new website is ready to shine! We provide a post for clients to announce the launch to their audience and remain available for any last-minute assistance.
8. THE FINISHING TOUCH
To conclude, we submit your website to Google and Bing search consoles, ensuring it’s discoverable by your target audience.
9. HANDING OVER THE REINS
Clients receive full access to their site. We go to the maintenance plan stage where we host, update, and monitor the site.
